- Cardio – progressive cardio plan using heart rate training, can be specific to an event – 5K, bike race, triathlon, etc. or a goal such as fat loss, endurance or speed.
- Body Fat Measurements – caliper and tape measurements taken to estimate body fat and lean mass density
- Supplement plan – list of recommended supplements and dosages based on clients needs and current nutrition.
